SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

In the event of an order for service which customer may have placed with us:

  1. The required documents and information are subject to change as per changes in law, act, rule, guidelines, circulars of Government or related authorities.
  2. The aforesaid documents and information may be required to be provided by the customers as and when necessary.
  3. The website of respective authorities may sometimes go down or under maintenance, so the schedule of completing the service may be delayed accordingly. There will no claim for losses arises due to these situations and the dream company will final authority to decide the reasonable time required to complete the service.
  4. The requisite fees and challan payment must be done by the customer in advance , if customer delays in payment and forms fail to final upload or late fine arises , all such expenditure must have to be paid by the customer.
